Mindy Rubinstein is an executive coach and a seasoned communications leader.

In her coaching work, Mindy partners with decision-makers on their objectives ranging from determining future direction, strengthening skills, and increasing impact. She is an accredited coach through Columbia University’s coaching program as well as the NeuroLeadership Institute.

Mindy spent her career in communications and brings several decades of in-house experience helping organizations and senior leaders clarify their message, navigate change, and lead with intention. Her career includes senior communications roles at Latham & Watkins, Ketchum, and Pfizer, where she partnered closely with leadership on high-stakes initiatives and organizational priorities and was a trusted C-suite partner.

Mindy is deeply committed to purpose-driven work and the nonprofit sector. She serves on the executive committee and board of Reisenbach Philanthropies, where she co-chairs the communications committee and the Junior Board. She is also a critical friend and advisor to Room to Read.
