Danya Herman is the founder of Future Girl Entrepreneurs (FGE), a mission-driven organization empowering the next generation of female founders. Inspired by her own experience as a 12-year-old aspiring entrepreneur who struggled to find resources and support, Danya created FGE to provide mentorship and education to girls 14-22 years old. Through FGE, she has built a network that connects girls with venture capitalists, seasoned entrepreneurs, and the education and tools they need to launch and grow their ideas. Her work has taken her from speaking at international conferences in Chile to helping write case studies for Harvard Business School to appearing on Fox Business News. Danya is driven by a simple but powerful belief: giving girls access to mentorship, role models, education, and access to capital today will lead to gender equity and a more inclusive society in the future.
