Charlotte Lipman
Amazon
Charlotte Lipman is a strategic insights leader who builds research and intelligence functions for emerging media categories. As the head of research and insights for Amazon's Creator Ad Partnerships, she uncovers audience intelligence across audio, video, and social platforms and turns data into compelling narratives. Her value comes not from generating insights, but from building the partnerships that surface them, the infrastructure that scales them, and the presentations that activate them.
With over a decade of experience in marketing research, Charlotte's career has centered on defining new media frontiers, from the early days of CTV advertising at BrightLine, to advising ad sales executives across out-of-home, TV, and digital media at MediaVillage, to senior research and thought leadership roles at Xandr, WarnerMedia, and DIRECTV Advertising, where she helped drive the digital transformation of linear TV.
She's active across the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) and Advertising Research Foundation (ARF), and was recognized as a Cynopsis Top Woman in Media. She holds a B.S. summa cum laude from S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises.
A lifelong New Yorker and active patron of the city's arts and culture institutions, Charlotte is proud to serve on the Reisenbach Philanthropies board and continue its mission of making New York City a safer, more equitable place for all who live, work, and visit here.
